When you feel a cold coming on, or you have a runny/blocked nose. Add a shower disk to the bottom of your shower floor whilst you have your daily shower and feel the snot flow out. Gross I know, but it works, and your sinuses feel nice and clear afterwards.
Tips: To stop the Vicks Vapor Shower Disks from crumbling we encourage you to add the essential oils after you have baked them, remove the disks from the tray before the muffin tray has completely cooled, and also ensure the liners are removed from the disks before you add them to the shower. These vapor disks can be stored in a plastic container or mason jar in the cupboard.
